I don’t want to be that guy and injuries happen on all surfaces but this is one that happens because of the artificial turf’s inability to give and move with momentum of the player. Real grass tears/divots and moves with pressure delivered from a player. Would rather fix a divot

Last week, we hosted a Grounds Crew for a Day experience for our new friend Eli and his family.
For the last year, Eli has been fighting Neuroblastoma, a rare pediatric cancer. Through all of the hospital visits, treatments, and surgeries, one thing has stayed constant for this fun and energetic 4-year-old, his love of playing outside and lawn care!
Thanks for spending some time with us at the ballpark 💛
