When I first followed basketball, Reed & DeBusschere were retired, & Frazier, Monroe & Bradley were nearly done. I've heard about '70 & '73 my whole life. Who'd have thought I'd wait all these years to witness my first Knicks championship? Finally, they're the last ones standing.

Manaea pitched well, which is a good sign. The lineup Stearns put out there was dreadful. And once again terrible pitch selection at the worst possible times, giving up a home run because velocity and spin are more important than executing pitches for the overly analytical #Mets
