From Monday 8th June, Year 10 students will be looking at aspects of mental health during the Current Affairs and Personal Development week. They will consider how they can manage exam stress by reducing anxiety about the exams.

They will then discuss bereavement and how this can affect us, before moving onto look at the impact of alcohol and drug misuse on mental health. The week finishes with some relaxation to promote good mental health.
