Requiring solar panels on new homes should be a no-brainer. Labour should not cede to pressure from developers who want to reduce costs

I’ve had a blast at day one of #EASST4S2024 catching up with friends both old and new, listening to some good talks, including an excellent Plenary by @alondra and Brice Laurent and reuniting with the @ssosnetwork crew. Now time to sleep before day 2.

Pleased with the outcome, but the #generalection2024 results just underscore the unfairness of the so called first past the post system. But with results like this there’s no incentive for Labour to change it.
