Got my pc optimised by @TweakingGuy and the difference is actually insane. Had really bad delay, stutters mid game off stream, game crashing, fps dropping down to 200s. Now the frames are way more stable and input delay feels zero. Answered all my questions too. Huge vouch, 10/10 would recommend!

i guess getting low latency is the modern equivalent of going from 60hz to 144hz.
