With every World Cup comes a frustrating number of fellow 🇺🇸 complaining about ties, offsides, or stoppage time.
IMO, it would be better to say, "Just because I don't understand it, doesn't mean it doesn't make sense."
Otherwise, explain to me: intentional grounding/QB spikes

...Advancing the ball to midcourt in NBA 4th Q, Two-Minute Warnings in NFL, 3rd strike passed balls, 1st and 2nd fouls are strikes but 3rd isn't, 1 point in NHL OT losses, fair catches on punts/kicks, DHs, pinch runners and other acceptable, but sport specific rules.
