The #winekey tool on the right I use to cut the foil capsule covering the cork, and to pull the cork out just a touch. This will unstick the cork from the bottle, but pulling any further and I risk breaking a fragile cork.

The #AhSo tool on the left is what extracts the cork. The tongs pinch the cork and allow you to extract it in one piece. Just a little work and voilà! Time to decant and sip.
