i am on whats called an inverse bryan johnson protocol
meaning I have been surfing 5 days a week for 2 hours a day with zero sunscreen for the last 10 years,
have reckless amounts of stress, drink
and i look 40 despite being 32

- swimming laps in my resort sized pool
- sauna/cold plunge
- paddle boarding in the creek behind my house

imagine how difficult it was to scale a biz 50 years ago with door to door sales, local newspaper ads etc
meanwhile there were probably max 10-20 good industries with max competitiveness

affiliate marketing has never seemed "easy" to me once in my life
took me 3 years to make a full time income when I started in 2012 at 17 yrs old
Since then has basically just been nothing but grinding an uncertainty and failure, with a few campaigns that crack off an do 8-9 figures in rev every couple years
every year has felt like it could be my "last year"
but i'm still here 14 years later and 250m in affiliate commissions later walking through the mud till I catch another easy ride

1X’s NEO humanoid robot factory in Hayward, California, spanning 58,000 square feet, has officially started operations.
It’s highly vertically integrated: they manufacture their own motors (Revo2), battery packs, tendons, hands (22 degrees of freedom), structural components, and more,completely avoiding reliance on foreign supply chains.
Founder Bernt said that 1X secured over 10,000 orders in just the first five days. The factory’s initial production target is 10,000 units per year, which means these orders are now being urgently manufactured.
The goal is to reach 100,000 units in mass production by 2027.
This ramp-up is driven by real market demand. 1X has already formed a strategic partnership with EQT, planning to deploy up to 10,000 NEO robots across EQT’s portfolio of over 300 companies between 2026 and 2030.
So 1X already has at least 20,000 orders to fulfill,probably more. Honestly, if you don’t see news from them, it just means they’re heads-down busy delivering in the factory.
First Figure, now 1X… California is turning into a real-life Westworld.

Despite doing nothing other than just lying down looking at the ceiling slightly concussed for the last 2 days
I have managed to mentally solve every problem in my business and have complete clarity on how to move forward with my biz and life
Doing nothing is a seriously under rated skill that any high level operator should consider
