The bad faith here, the thing that's gross, is trying to slip in this insane idea that the only way Texas Tech can support Sorsby's fight against addiction is putting him on the field at QB. Strikes me as a mockery of mental illness for their own cynical ends

More realistically: Other Big 12 schools should pressure the league to declare Tech ineligible to play in the conference championship game.
Legality of that? Who knows, but force Tech to keep paying lawyers out the wazoo until they decide one season isn't worth the shame.
