Mike has taken complete ownership over prep. Each shift we have all 10:45s completed, product is made to spec, and we are following clean procedures! Super proud of this prep team for taking the feedback in stride and continuing to deliver on safe/delicious food for our guests!

Proud is an understatement! Over the summer Kelly assisted a deaf man find his way home, communicating with him for over an hour until police arrived to assist him! She received a citizen’s excellence award from Abilene Police Department!
