Before we get to the severe weather potential next week we have a sneaky setup for tomorrow here in Ohio. Here's what radar could look like during the afternoon hours as a cold front crosses the state. Some of these storms could produce gusty to damaging winds. #OHwx
Here's are the severe risk areas for Wednesday-Wed. night and Thursday-Thurs. night. All hazards will be on the table from Kansas to the I-95 corridor. However, exact details will need to be refined in the coming days as things become more clear.
SEVERE POTENTIAL NEXT WEEK:
There are already severe weather risk zones in place for Wednesday and Thursday from the Plains to the Northeast. Exact details need to be refined for sure, but an all-hazards 2-day event looks likely.
I tell you what, I really don't see any summer heat for the rest of June here in Ohio. The same can be said for many states in the middle of the U.S. No heatwaves, no 90-degree days, none of that.
PLENTY OF RAINFALL:
Most places in Ohio will pick up 1" to 3" of rain over the next 7 days. Some may see even more if repeated heavy storms occur. At least some potential for isolated flooding exists. #OHwx
Man there are few things that irritate me more than someone choosing to tailgate me when there's a vehicle right in front of me. Like where in the actual world do you want me to go?
Shoutout @PokemonCenterUS for having me wait 3 hours to get in, then randomly decide to give me error 15 and 17 for no reason. That has never happened to me. Awful experience. @Pokemon
🚨 I-75 in Chattanooga just turned into an unscheduled fireworks show! 🔥
A truck full of fireworks caught fire on the freeway near Ooltewah and started launching them everywhere like nature decided to celebrate early. No injuries reported, but traffic was wild.
Who else is glad they weren’t stuck in that lane? 🥴 🇺🇸
Siren's Curse at Cedar Point gave riders quite the experience on Saturday as it got stuck while vertically tilted. This lasted almost 30 minutes, with riders facing straight down. A mechanic had to manually return riders to an upright position from the top.

A complete divide across Ohio today with dry, less humid air and entirely clear skies north, and muggy conditions with clouds central and south. Crazy what humidity can do when it comes to cloud cover. #OHwx

Hardin County, Ohio, you are big winners today! Can't say I've ever seen a situation where one single county is excluded from a watch with every surrounding county being included. #OHwx
