It was an honor to meet @LanceDewease this afternoon at @HillBlanket. His son, @ColeD_Racing, took home a solid 3rd place finish. Wish I had more time to speak with Lance, but we were both pretty busy. Congrats on the podium, Cole!

We have no choice but to cancel tonight's event. Overnight rains plus persistent light rain have made the speedway too saturated to continue. We had every intention of getting tonight's race in.

Sad, weird day yesterday. Police Chief of Brackenridge passes away in a gunfight, his partner injured. Perhaps one of the greatest motorsports ambassadors, Ken Block, passes away in an accident. Damar Hamlin needed resuscitation after an on-field injury. Today has to be better.
