We stumbled upon these photos and had to share 📸 Before Local #174, there was: Local #70 of Grand Rapids, MI - established in 1891. Local #154 of Muskegon, MI - established in 1900. The history of West Michigan Plumbers & Fitters has been remarkable throughout the years!

Did you know? 💡 In 1891, Grand Rapids Local No. 70 became home to the first Plumbing and Pipefitting Union in Michigan. Local No. 154 of Muskegon followed in 1900. Later in 1998, both locals merged to create Local No. 174. We are proud of our strong union heritage! #UAProud
