Simply put – this scheme gives care leavers a guaranteed monthly income to help set them on a path to live healthy, happy and fulfilling lives.

The complex and frustrating nature of the benefits system pushes many away from being able to receive the help they deserve. Not to mention the social stigma attached to claiming benefits and the administration fees of the current UC system!
