📢UCDA announces the reopening of all primary coffee factories in the Greater Mukono, Greater Luwero, and Busoga regions, effective Wednesday, 11th October 2023. These factories had been temporarily sealed to facilitate the natural ripening of coffee cherries at the farms.

I agree with you Hon. That is why we are still advising you against merging @CoffeeUganda. Coffee is a priority crop for Uganda that requires special attention like other jurisdictions do if we are to compete in the market.
Departments under ministries have structural limitations of staffing levels yet the amount of work to be done is enormous requiring a fully fledged institution
