📢 New Publication🎉 A new study investigates the often-overlooked link between #dyslexia and sleep disturbances. 📌 Findings highlight the need to address sleep health in dyslexia and explore tailored interventions beyond anxiety management. #sleepresearch

Among 160 children aged 7–13 with dyslexia, 66% showed clinically significant sleep issues in sleep onset delay, sleep anxiety, and daytime sleepiness. While sleep and anxiety were correlated, anxiety didn’t explain delayed sleep onset, pointing to other contributing factors.
