Dear Christine. Thank you for your views. Let's update you: 1. In 2005, when UEDCL handed over to Umeme, Umeme did not come with more that 3 technical personnel. They took in UEDCL staff. Today, UEDCL takes over Umeme with a staff count of 540 and is onboarding Umeme staff. S.C.A

There's limited evidence to make that conclusion. What we know: 1. The scale of what UEDCL has taken over so far is way too small compared yo the network that @UmemeLtd supplies. 2. We don't have enough evidence of government efficiency. Just see how dismally @nwscug performs.
