How to turn frustration with the current publication system into something positive? Frederick Verbruggen introduces @chrisdc77 and his lecture on registered reports and @PeerCommunityIn
To take back some control, the @PeerCommunityIn offers a non-profit, community based peer review of equal quality standards. PCI recommended studies can be published in preprint and, if desired, further submitted to traditional (PCI-RR friendly) journals.
PCI-RR friendly journals commit to accepting PCI #RegisteredReports recommendations without further peer review. This way, authors can decide which journal gets to publish their Stage 2 RR
