Belle Lippman navigated in an America that offered some privileges to Jewish middle class women & occasional #Antisemitism.She moved to Virginia in the 50's, and my husband, a child then, remembers her stopped by police who mocked her surname.But there was the Yiddish theater!

The University of Florida’s Board of Governors have BLOCKED the hiring of Michigan President, Santa Ono.
Ono tried to run from his problems, but integrity and justice prevailed.
Michigan’s hearing with the NCAA Committee on Infractions is this Friday.

NBC News exit poll: Trump is making *double-digit gains* with Latino voters. They're currently breaking 53% for Harris and 45% for Trump. In 2020, Latinos went 65% for Biden and 32% for Trump.

The #VPDebate2024: take a pile of crap smother it in chocolate, cut it into bite-sized chunks, wrap it in pretty packaging and upsell it as “Trump salvaged Obamacare” or “I never supported a national abortion ban”; and even “ [Trump] peacefully gave over power on Jan 20.”
At some point it will hit you why it tastes like crap—but Vance and Trump hope not until after the election.
