#Uganda: Domestic Internet traffic via the @UIXP reduced from ~72Gbps to a steady 1Gbps following the shutdown order. Exemptions were made for critical services and the community is working to restore access to those that went down.

We just launched two local #DNS servers: 196.49.15.192 and 196.49.82.177 Using these can help restore access to EFRIS and other locally hosted services during the shutdown.
