Save the Date for the 2020 ULI Florida Summit June 10 – 12, 2020 at the Hyatt Regency in Jacksonville. The annual event attracts more than 650 public and private sector real estate professionals from across the state. Registration begins in January at florida.uli.org.

I wanted to make sure that jobs went to local Americans, but we needed to be able to finance them. SBIC program from the US gov't will get you a 2-to-1 match to build an even bigger project. #ULIFlSummit #DestinationFlorida

We should not have to have bedroom communities that don't have sales revenue, we have to make sure we have inclusionary zoning so we're providing for all levels of the workforce. #ULIFlSummit #DestinationFlorida

To develop a community, you first have to identify the source of water. Water is life. Housing is also fundamental and we are currently having a housing crises. In CA, we passed a record $2.1 billion housing bond. #ULIFlSummit #DestinationFlorida

We can't live in isolated situations. Offer incentives & grants that benefit the entire state, not just individual communities. We redefined infrastructure, making sure we thought about the land, & how we could create the economy we wanted. #ULIFlSummit #DestinationFlorida
