This fall, the Morehead City Field Site welcomed a new director, but he is no stranger to the program. Nathan Hall, who has taken leadership of the field site, has been involved with the program for more than 16 years.

#FreakyFriday critter just dropped. These sea hares have been cropping up in our tanks at the lab. Their head tentacles look like ears, hence the “hare” 🐰
They’re safe to touch but not 🍽️ and eject ink to confuse predators when camouflage fails
