Thanks to a landmark $15 million lead gift by the Tykeson Family Foundation, UO’s new child behavior building has been named the Tykeson Child Behavioral Health Building. UO President Scholz announced this recognition during the groundbreaking ceremony at the @UOregonPortland campus today.
The Tykeson Family Child Behavioral Health Building will expand access to evidence-based care while preparing a new generation of highly skilled mental health professionals to serve youth across Oregon, with a focus on communities where services are most needed.
