Some have predicted that the GS and CSAT Cutoff will be equal this year. 67=67 💀 10th level Maths is playing more role than graduation level GS 🙃 25%-30% GS me marks lake IAS Bano dosto, reserved categories ki cutoff 40 marks Tak askta hai like 2023.

This time, even the Telegram insiders failed to predict the Prelims result date. For the last one week, they have been claiming, “The result is coming today,” “The result will be out tomorrow,” and the same cycle has continued every single day. 😂 Farji insiders 😂

If someone is scoring average marks in all other papers, how can they end up scoring this low in one paper? 🧐 Itna kam marks kaise ? #UPPCS #UPPSC
UPPCS GS3 20Q attempted just 10 marks awarded. That's an average of 0.5 marks per question. Strict checking is fine. Careless checking is not. Aspirants invest years of hard work & preparation. They deserve fair assessment, transparency & accountability in copy checking.

Just shared this simple Post telling the reality of the Coaching Industry Foundation Course, and my inbox (Instagram) is flooded with suggestion requests.
Harsh reality of the UPSC coaching industry: Except for 4–5 top coaching institutes (applicable mainly to Delhi centres), most of them fail to run a timely and comprehensive Foundation Course. You are smart enough to figure out the names.

UPPCS 2024 Prelims RTI Reply: Cut-off tells the real story. As we had already discussed earlier, UPPCS 2024 was one of the toughest papers in recent years, and the RTI reply clearly reflects that. UR cut-off: 101 marks This roughly means around 75–76 net correct questions. Compare this with UPPCS 2023, where the cut-off was around 125 marks. So, the cut-off has dropped from 125 to 101 - a fall of nearly 24 marks, and one of the lowest cut-offs since 2017. This also indicates one important thing: UPPSC have changed some answers in the revised/final answer key. And here comes the biggest concern. The real issue is not the toughness of the paper, but the opaqueness around the process. The Commission is not releasing the: Revised answer key, marksheet and even this cut-off is coming through an RTI reply. I do not know whether the Commission realises this or not, but this lack of transparency is slowly killing the dreams of many bright aspirants. Exam ke 2 saal baad bhi students literally don’t know why they failed. And trust me, this is one of the worst feelings...when you fail but you don’t even know the reason. Without marksheet and final answer key, baccho ko kaise pata chalega: Where did I lose marks? Which answers were changed? Was my strategy wrong, or was the answer key different? Should I change my sources, my revision method, or my test-taking approach? It is like a court declaring someone guilty but refusing to share the reasoning. Justice without reasons becomes power, not fairness. And this is unfair to the dignity of a student’s hard work. Kam se kam itna toh pata ho ki galti kaha hui hai. This is the minimum that every serious and hardworking aspirant deserves. Via- IAS PCS Pathsala

Guys, please don’t complicate your preparation by trying to read everything. You do not have to follow every resource people suggest. Stick to limited sources and revise them multiple times. Reading from multiple books and covering random content from different sources will not reward you in the exam unless you revise it 2–3 times properly. Start a new source only when you are sure you can revise it at least 2–3 times. If you cannot revise it, don’t read it. Skip it. For example, in Ancient History: Some will tell you to read NCERT. Some will suggest the Tamil Nadu textbook. Some will push R.S. Sharma. Some will recommend Nitin Singhania for Art & Culture. If you try to read everything, you will end up revising nothing. Don’t feel FOMO. You have limited time. You have limited mental capacity. But the syllabus is unlimited. Smart preparation is not about reading more. It is about revising better.
