Military jet crashes near Yakima, sparks wildfire 💥🛩️ New footage has emerged after a U.S. Marine Corps F/A-18 Hornet went down near Rimrock Lake in Wenatchee, WA yesterday, igniting a wildfire that has prompted a major emergency response. The pilot safely ejected before the crash and was transported to a hospital. The aircraft was assigned to Marine Aircraft Group 11, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing out of MCAS Miramar. The cause is under investigation.
