We have determined that the StreamStats web application slowness is related to a larger network issue in the USGS. Usually, although it is quite slow, eventually the app will respond. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

With Friday's update, we fixed an error related to Maximum Probable Flows from Feaster & others (2023) for North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia ; ow.ly/pe3m50UrIlP ). The error was due to a log-space transformation which caused previous values to be underestimated.

Nevada StreamStats is available for delineating basins and computing basin characteristics. A study to develop streamflow statistics is ongoing. The application was developed in cooperation with the BLM and the NV Division of Water Resources (NDWR). ow.ly/LYWp50UrIok
