Gracing the event were, His Excellency British, High Commissioner to Solomon Islands Mr. Thomas Edward Coward, the University of the South Pacific Vice-Chancellor and President Professor Pal Ahluwalia and Ms. Gabriella McMahon from the Pacific Youth Development Framework
