The goal is training is not to produce survivors, rather it is to produce adaptable athlete who will thrive in the rigors of the competitive arena. It demands making the training program fit the athlete not the other way around.

🤬 Because someone needs to hear this today or someone can stop this from happening. It’s NOT OK to physically assault a 16 yr old #referee on a youth game bc you don’t like his offside call. Don’t tell me we don’t have a systemic referee abuse issue.
