This year I lost one of my closest figures in my life, in November he decided to take his life after countless events that lead to him not taking it anymore…
You would’ve never known. He was a happy, charismatic person and an even better friend.
He was well looked up to and had lots of respect and great people around him, that didn’t seem to be enough
I beat myself up everyday that I never just rang him to talk about life or any issues..
So please please please don’t be afraid to ask someone for help, or to ask someone if they’re feeling okay.
