Francis, Icone and Michael did something really special 1 they made it to the biggest meet of the year and performed at the highest level. We added three All State athletes to our list.

Michael finished a historic senior season with the most exciting state meet performance. Down 7โ€ after prelims, he opened up with a lead gaining toss, and grabbed the win with a massive 67โ€™11โ€ on his final throw. This is the 1st time since 1972 that a UT athlete stood at the top.

Weโ€™ve got some dudes, but itโ€™s been a long journey. Check out the progression over four years of Michael and Icone. They worked so hard and were incredibly dedicated to improving, and they were really well coached by Martin and Pav. We are so proud of them!

Lots of excitement from Charleston! Malal made it cleanly through the high jump to tomorrowโ€™s final. Mike is currently sitting in 2nd in shot, and hungry! Francis secured his spot in the discus - heโ€™s sitting 5th. Icone grabbed the top spot with a very nice 47โ€™7.

4x1 got some great experience, with 3 being underclassmen, and now theyโ€™re all trash talking about tonightโ€™s Race Under the Lights 100m. Emile ran so well - 14.92 - which was a PR and full second improvement from last year. Heโ€™s our first sub-15 since the great D1 Singleton.
