The Moritz Center for Societal Impact (MCSI), a scholarly center within the Steve Hicks School of Social Work, is now accepting proposals for the 2025 Projects for Societal Impact (PSI).

PI-eligible researchers from any college, school, or unit (CSU) at UT Austin can apply. Proposals are due 1/31/25.
We encourage projects to include focus on the intersection of at least two PSI areas: housing, behavioral health, children and families, aging and/or disabilities.

We mourn the loss of Dr. Lori Holleran Steiker, a teacher's teacher and a researcher's researcher, who died Sunday after living with metastatic cancer for several years.
