I’m a Diamond Medallion member through next year. After Delta’s changes to qualifying for status going forward I feel totally undervalued as a customer. I will be transitioning to another primary airline. @Delta You have made a massive mistake with these changes.

I really hate to say this about my club but the commercial side of the organization is terrible. I ordered the Hat, and several other items, when they were released. FedEx tells me that the item is at their facility but has no delivery information.

Despite 3 attempts to get a response from the club shop over the past week I have had NOTHING back. To say I'm frustrated is ridiculous. I just pre-ordered the shirt but I don't think I will ever see it, based on current form.

Has anyone else had problems with their orders from the Club shop? They have been totally unresponsive and unhelpful. I placed an order for the cap and a couple of other things on the day that they were released, got an email then nothing. @Wrexham_AFC
