Did you know you have a 75% higher chance of reaching a goal just by having a weekly accountability check-in? At Ubuntu, we’re putting this into practice. Every Wednesday, our students meet to hold each other to their SMART goals.

Truth be told: It’s a new culture and adoption is a slow burn. Our students are learning that growth isn’t a solo sport. The shift from "my goals" to "our goals" takes time, but the 20% vs 75% advantage makes the effort worth it.

You can’t reach your "Transcendent There" without understanding your "Here.” To kick off the new term, Ubuntu staff & students used the Ball of Life tool to audit their personal growth and set SMART goals for the months ahead. Leadership starts with self-reflection. Let’s grow!
