There's a concept nicknamed "Manhattanhenge" where, on certain dates the East/West streets of Manhattan align with the sunset or sunrise. This evening while walking home from downtown Ucluelet I almost experienced Ukeehenge on Peninsula Road... #Ukee #Ucluelet #VancouverIsland

Bird shots from the patio at Shelter in #Tofino this afternoon while having lunch. I challenged myself to get a shot of a swallow in flight and got this as the bird I was tracking flew behind part of the dock. Also, an eagle making a home and a crow planning to steal my fries

We rode e-bikes to the top of Mt Ozzard and got a few shots of #Ucluelet and Barkley Sound under the #NorthernLights. I couldn't help but insert the radio and radio equipment into some of the shots. The Sci-Fi energy was palpable #VancouverIsland #Auroraborealis #Tofino

Downtown Ucluelet has turned into a circus (a showbiz industry term for the tents and trucks that gather when filming) for the TV show "The Tracker" Most of the businesses downtown are still open, though.
