Today, Ukrainian drones attacked Moscow’s largest oil refinery.
To understand the scale of the strike, a few key facts about Moscow Oil Refinery:
- Located just 15 kilometers from the Kremlin.
- Supplies up to 40% of Moscow’s gasoline and about 50% of its diesel fuel.
- Overall, it meets around 70% of gasoline needs for Russian capital and surrounding region.
- One in every three cars in Moscow is fueled by products from this refinery.
- Bitumen from the plant is used to build or repair every second street in Moscow.
Drones struck and damaged a key refining unit at Moscow oil refinery, likely causing the facility to halt operations for an extended period of time!

⚡️BREAKING: The Russian ship “Admiral Grigorovich” fired warning shots at a British yacht
The incident took place in the English Channel, The Telegraph reports. The ship is used by Russia to escort tankers of the so-called “shadow fleet.”
Earlier, they were also escorted by the corvette “Boykiy”, which was disabled by a strike by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the port of Kronstadt.

Fuel rationing and spot outages continue to spread across Russia. No Russian regions are reporting major issues. However, a growing number of regions that implemented rationing have tipped over into spot outages, indication the situation is getting worse.

🚨⛽ BREAKING: Tatneft, one of Russia's largest oil companies and fuel retailers, has introduced fuel rationing across its gas station network.
📍 Operating more than 900 filling stations across Russia, Tatneft is one of the country's largest fuel retail chains.
Drivers are now limited to 30 liters of gasoline and 60 liters of diesel per passenger vehicle. For trucks, diesel sales are capped at 300 liters.
The fact that a fuel retailer of this size has imposed restrictions is a major indicator that Russia's fuel supply problems are no longer isolated incidents but are spreading across the country.

This time, the Moscow region felt the reach of Ukraine’s long-range capabilities. An oil refinery was hit at a distance of 500 kilometers. I thank the warriors of the Security Service of Ukraine, the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Special Operations Forces, the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, and the Missile Forces for their effective work.
Russia must be forced to end its war against our people. And Ukraine’s long-range weapons are one of the important components of such pressure.
This is a just response to Russian strikes – and to the dragging out of a war that must be ended.
