Get it together, Republicans. Kamala Harris is a threat to our economy and our security not because of her race or gender. She's not "dumb." Nobody's vote will change because of her laugh. If elected president she will make America poorer and less safe because she is a California Democrat who goes with the flow. Her track record in public office is a disaster. She presided over the criminal justice system in a city, and then a state, which have become global symbols of disorder and chaos. Her only memorable achievement as a Senator was yelling at a Supreme Court nominee. Her only memorable achievement as Vice President was a calamitous failure to do her job as Border Czar. Finding it impossible to identify any other achievement, her campaign and its media propagandists resort to denying she was ever given that job, despite endless evidence to the contrary. Why does she speak in such bizarre, convoluted ways when not reading a script? Because she is frightened to say what she actually thinks, instinctively driven by political calculation rather than conviction. That is a terrifying trait in a leader. It is the same inherent weakness we saw in Biden, another unprincipled machine politician. It's what gave us the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan and the ensuing invasion of Ukraine and assault on Israel. Reading a script is not the same as leading a country - or the world. We have not seen Kamala Harris display anything approaching the kind of leadership that would reassure us America is safe in her hands, in a world made enormously more dangerous by Biden's weakness. If Republicans are interested in winning this election they need to get serious. Focus on the substance. We don't need to guess what the result of the Kamala Harris ideology and policy agenda would be. We see it in California, where it has been implemented without constraint. The highest unemployment in America. The lowest income growth. Highest housing costs. Lowest home ownership. Highest gas prices. Highest energy costs. Highest homelessness - by far. Worst business climate - ten years in a row. Don't let Kamala Harris do to America what her ideas have done to California. Who is hammered most by these Democrat policies? The working class, Latinos, Black people - the exact communities Democrats claim to speak for but have in fact abandoned in favor of protecting the narrow interests and extremist obsessions of an arrogant, academic elite. Republican policies offer security and opportunity to the working class. Democrat policies make working class Americans poorer and less safe. Get it together, Republicans. Unless you do, you will lose - and deservedly so.
