Exciting news for our Microbrewery! @ToastAle has just installed an impressive 5HL brew-bloc turnkey kit - the heartbeat of the operation. It will brew with surplus bread from our on-site bakery, the Baker’s Room (opening soon), to minimise food waste in the production process.
