We had our Varsity Softball Banquet this week and I was given the “Wildcat Award” by my coaches. An award for someone who works hard at practice, gives it their all in games, and is a great teammate. Honored to be chosen because each of my teammates were worthy of this award.

Great performance last night against Kempsville, final score 12-2. I went 2-4 with a walk, recording two singles as well as the walk-off hit to close things out. Tough loss today against NSA, final score 2-3. The game came down to the seventh inning, where I contributed to the rally with a double as well as a catch in left field to keep things competitive. We had the momentum late but could not finish it off. The work continues.
