Last week we were back at it with the James Buchanan Boys program for the 2nd summer in a row.
These boys put in 2 great hours of work with us during their summer camp. A tradition we are honored to bring back nearly 10 years after we first started with this program!

We just wrapped up an incredible 12 hrs of work w/ the Shippensburg Girls program running 4 days of their summer camp for grades 4th-12th.
This crew did a phenomenal job and we are excited to renew a relationship w/ this program that dates back over a decade!

Yesterday we spent a great two hours of hard work, development and fun with the York Suburban Boys Basketball Camp.
The Unleashed x YS family continues to grow every year and we love the time we spend with them!

Coach Joe just returned from a great week in Poland working with players and over 300 FIBA European Coaches.
It was an extra special trip for him being Polish and getting to go to Poland for the first time!

For the past 7 years summer has tipped off with the UP Family from Juniata.
We are currently in the middle of 9 hours of development with them and things got off to a great start last week.
Every time we leave their gym we find ourselves talking about how they love to work!
