A judgment is due in Harry/Various case vs NGN tomorrow.
Likely on the application made to include claims that his mum, dad & Camilla‘s phones were intercepted that meant his private info was revealed.
Counsel will know already. Maybe thats why we‘ve heard ‘settle‘ noises..😉

Civil claims are about Justice - correcting a wrong, not punishment for that wrong. If a settlement would have corrected that wrong, it is incumbent on parties to consider accepting it (rather than fight for headlines)!

If he declined an offer - potentially very exposed. He is gambling on both winning & doing better. Not a safe assumption.
If he has accepted a settlement then I think that damages his ‘dragon slayer’ pomposity. No?

In Feb this yr Harry told @GMA when asked how Harry was as a DAD “I can’t tell you that, it’s classified. Top secret.”
In Nov last yr Harry was emailing randoms actual court determined confidential information.
He’s not just a fool. He’s so foolish, he IS the security risk…

He is still, according to the RF website, a Counsellor of State (albeit pledged not to be used).
