This is my friday night, nerding tools for world generation spells. (( There's a way to tackle the generative slot machine aspect of AI, taking inspiration from the likes of Burroughs and Gysin, in which language and consciousness are systems of control to be hacked, dismantled, and rearranged to discover hidden realities and unscripted meaning. ))

A monthly program mapping the rapidly shifting terrain of AI art.
This edition brings together 23 artists working across personal narratives, visual experimentation, and new approaches to the moving image. As AI continues to reshape the conditions of image-making, artists are exploring the space between human intention and machine-generated processes, opening new questions around authorship, memory, style, and perception.
The Daily Program follows these changes as they unfold, highlighting the artists, ideas, and visual languages shaping the field today.
Each work offers a distinct view of what moving images can become in this new era of AI. Together, they do more than document the evolution of AI video; they expand the conversation around its possibilities, limits, and responsibilities.

Launching tomorrow → The May Edition of Season III of the Daily Program
Over the past three years, the Daily Program has released a monthly selection of still images, GIFs, and videos by selected artists. This May edition continues that rhythm with a fresh, curated showcase from this month’s artists.
Program Overview
→ What: The Daily Program’s first year brought together 137 artists from around the world, generating over 3,500 unique AI video pieces.
→ Why: In Season III, we’re focusing on a smaller group of promising creators, giving them the curatorial support, mentorship, and visibility to break new ground in AI-driven art.

Found in the attic. Took me weeks to figure out what I was even looking at.
Mr. Gurgleson's Midnight Hour. A late night kids program that apparently aired locally in 1987. I have no memory of this show. Nobody I've asked does either. But someone taped it. Multiple times. On the same tape, over other things.
Some of the clips were too far gone. What you're seeing here is the best reconstruction I could manage from what survived. I've tried to preserve the original sequence as best I could piece it together.
If you grew up watching this, I need to hear from you.
