While most of the attention around AI Agents and Agent Economies has been focused on
@virtuals_io and the
@Base ecosystem, Solana is quietly building its own AI Agent empire through
@clawpumptech.
The ecosystem is already showing meaningful traction. With more than 2,700 agents launched, the team is aiming to accelerate growth through:
– Launching a marketplace and public agent hosting
– Expanding infrastructure
– Targeting 10,000 funded agents
– Introducing copy-trading and agent-to-agent economic interactions
– Supporting additional AI models
– Opening third-party marketplace submissions
– Shipping native agentic DeFi primitives alongside fintech and banking integrations
Several AI Agent projects within the Solana ecosystem have also started catching my attention:
–
$SQUIRE by
@0xgilbert: Agent-first software built by agents, for agents and terminally-online humans.
–
$CLUDE by
@cludeproject: Persistent memory infrastructure that learns, evolves, and consolidates onchain knowledge.
–
@BitRobotNetwork: Building the world's open robotics lab on Solana.
–
@daydreamsagents: A machine-powered gig economy featuring live task markets, agent messaging, compute routing, stablecoins, and
$DREAMS.
–
@OOBEonSol: Full-stack infrastructure designed specifically for onchain agents on Solana.
–
@169Pi_ai: Building AI full-stack infrastructure. ALPIE CORE is among the first 4-bit reasoning models focused on efficiency over scale.
I think the AI Agent story on Solana is still massively underappreciated compared to what we're seeing on Base today.
If ClawPump successfully executes on its roadmap, Solana could become one of the most important ecosystems for Agent Economies over the coming years.
The race for AI Agents is no longer happening on just one chain and Solana is clearly entering the competition.
