Action Item for 6/10 - 6/20. Please email the Lt. Gov. (elections@utah.gov) and your state legislators. To Lt. Governor Henderson please compare the entire Utah voter roll against the federal SAVE Database to check for illegal immigrants on the voter roll. Utah Statute gives you complete authority to do so. Utah Code § 20A-2-502(2)(a) The lieutenant governor may cooperate or enter into an agreement with a governmental entity or another state to share information and increase the accuracy of the database.

I highly recommend The Declaration's Forgotten Liberties by Charles a. Castleberry. It has so many wonderful insights.

Most people do not know about the condemnation of slavery Thomas Jefferson put in the Declaration of Independence. It was removed in order to pass the document. Jefferson called those being sold as MEN in all capitols. "The Christian king of Great Britain, determined to keep open a market where MEN should be bought and sold, he has prostituted his negative for suppressing every legislative attempt to prohibit or to restrain this execrable commerce."

The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) has uncovered widespread inaccuracies in California’s voter registration rolls, including nearly 95,000 deceased registrants, tens of thousands of duplicates across state lines, and thousands of records with placeholder or fictitious birthdates. PILF’s comprehensive review, based on a sample of 2 million active registrants, found: 94,516 deceased registrants flagged from comparisons with the Social Security Death Index and obituary records. 57,725 interstate duplicates where California registrants also appeared on voter rolls in other states, led by Washington (15,064), Florida (13,534), and Oregon (8,956). 3,104 same-address duplicates. 7,677 registrants with placeholder or fictitious birthdates, including records like “1/1/1900” or “1850-01-01,” complicating voter roll maintenance. 8 percent of sampled birthdates contained errors when checked against Social Security and credit bureau records, signaling systemic problems with data integrity. publicinterestlegal.org/pres…

Unfortunately there are elected officials in Utah that are using their position to benefit personally. Transparency is a big issue. The citizens should have complete access to how every tax dollar is spent. Within MIDA the details of the public private partnerships including the details of the tax dollars going to developers are protected records. That is something the legislature must change.
Just another not rare day for me. It is a rare day that I do not have a conversation with a whistleblower in Utah. It’s been a long election season, and there are many things I know that I cannot say……..yet. What I will say is this: We need tighter control environments and ethics rules- at every level of government. Helping yourself, your family, friends, donors or business associates benefit from your government position- elected, appointed or hired is a violation of the public’s trust. And based on the hot-line reports currently being provided to my office - I’m not the only one getting very, very sick of it. auditor.utah.gov/hotline/

H-1B visa program is undermining those graduating from college right now. Our kids and grandkids need to take priority over foreign workers. From Phil Lyman "Utah graduates are some of the hardest-working, most capable young people in the country. They come out of our universities ready to build careers here at home. Too often, they are passed over, not because they fall short, but because corporations prefer to import cheap foreign labor rather than to hire and train Americans. That is what the H-1B visa program has become. The program was sold as a way to fill specialized jobs that no American could do. That was never really true. A former U.S. diplomat assigned to Chennai, India told Newsweek in December that 80 to 90 percent of the 51,000 H-1B applications she adjudicated involved fraudulent documents or unqualified applicants."

Fact about MIDA MIDA is gutting our constitutional republic. The Utah legislature can fix this situation by passing new laws that bring MIDA back under the jurisdiction of our elected city councils and county commissioners. Utah code 63H-1-202(2)(b) MIDA does not have to adhere to the land use, zoning or regulatory authority of the cities or counties. MIDA becomes the sole-land use authority and exercises exclusive police power just like a municipality would.

Today was a special day because it was my parent's 50th wedding anniversary party. We had it at Tuscany in Salt Lake. I am very grateful for the firm foundation they gave me and the childhood that I had.

Remember that the goal of America is to become color blind. DEI is nothing more than racism. If someone gets a privilege or is discriminated based on skin color that is racism. The U.S. Department of Justice announced Thursday that it has concluded the University of California, Davis School of Medicine violated federal civil rights law by discriminating on the basis of race in its admissions process following the Supreme Court’s ban on affirmative action. conservativebrief.com/davis-…

Do you know what the word unalienable means from the Declaration of Independence? A term used to describe rights or issues that cannot be sold, given away, or taken away by an outside force. Unalienable describes things, especially rights, that cannot be taken away, denied, or transferred to another person.

More Facts about the Military Installation Development Authority (MIDA) 63H-1-202(2)(b) MIDA and land inside a project area are not subject to county or municipal ordinances or regulations including land use, health, business license or franchise ordinances. MIDA guts our Constitutional Republic because it is not under the jurisdiction of the city council or county commissioners elected by the people to represent them. That is why MIDA is an independent entity. It is its own governing body.

More Facts about MIDA 63H-1-604(2)(D) MIDA bond debt is not treated as debt under constitutional or statutory debt limits. This is problematic because it is the tax payers that pay for these bonds. Debt limits are put in place to protect the financial environment for the state and the citizens. When the debt load of Utah is looked at it isn't accurate because all of these MIDA projects across the state are not taken into account.

This is so important for our liberties.

Less than a month before Benjamin Franklin voted to accept the Declaration of Independence on July 4th 1776 his son William was arrested as a traitor. The personal price Franklin paid to help forge a new and united nation was division in his family and the loss of his closest companion and friend his own flesh and blood, his son.

Judicial Watch is doing so much good! I am just sick about the corruption concerning so many tax dollars. It is heartbreaking. We all need to come together to fight it.

The democrats have become the party of fraud. How could only six support this important bill? A vote of 211-200 passed the Stopping Fraudulent Payments Act, with all Republicans supporting it along with just six Democrats. conservativebrief.com/democr…

Utah Citizens for the Constitution - Jen Brown retweeted
There is no “medical justification” for manipulating medical school admissions to match U.S. race demographics. The @CivilRights Division of @theJusticeDept will continue investigating medical schools that admit students on the basis of race instead of merit.
