Uthingo Network & 23 other civil society organisations raise a concern about the ongoing queerphobic bullying and discrimination against queer learners in South African schools and call on Angie Motshekga to hold teachers accountable and create queer-affirming school environments
The IDAHOBIT theme for Friday is “No one left behind: equality, freedom and justice from home to communities”. We aim to raise awareness about the impact of all the PHOBIAS on LGBTIQ people’s lives.
PFSAQ works in organizing parents, families and allies of the LGBTIQ people who advocate for dignity, equality and social inclusion of LGBTIQ people within the society. Parents and Allies will be at the event to learn more about the PHOBIAS and their impact on queer lives.
