This journey has also received media visibility in the past, including features on national platforms such as Citizen TV Kenya and NTV Kenya, highlighting the importance of supporting menstrual hygiene for school-going girls.

And I believe it will transform lives, one girl, one boy, and one community at a time #EndPeriodPoverty #ReusablePads #HopeForTheNextGeneration #KiambuCounty #MenstrualHealth #EmpowerTheGirlChild #SupportTheBoyChild

In places like Kiambu County and across Kenya, the need is real The impact is immediate And the opportunity to change lives is now I am truly looking forward to seeing how this project grows

Because when boys are not educated about menstrual health, stigma continues And stigma is what keeps girls feeling ashamed, unsupported, and silent This mission is bigger than pads It is about raising a generation that understands, supports, and uplifts each other

This is why this project matters so much Reusable sanitary towels do not just provide hygiene They restore dignity, keep girls in school, and begin to break the cycle of poverty But as we empower the girl child, we also need to remember the boy child
5
That is not just a small problem That is lost confidence, lost opportunities, and lost futures And even more heartbreaking, many girls have never used proper sanitary pads and are forced to rely on unsafe alternatives
7
My biggest dream is to bring hope to the next generation through my reusable sanitary towel project Because the truth is In Kenya, over 1 million girls miss up to 4 days of school every month simply because they do not have access to proper menstrual products
