Evidence of anti-nephrin in a podocytopathy with early segmental sclerosis (Caucasian patient). Don’t tell me that MCD/FSGS are not on the same spectrum. Let’s move away from pure morphologic classifications and get to the bottom of progression factors in this autoimmune disease.
