Residents of the Jabriyat neighbourhood in Jenin say Israeli forces have instructed families to vacate their homes, reportedly so the properties can be converted into military posts.
Many of the affected families, who were previously displaced during the 2025 military operation, fear they may not be allowed to return and that the occupation of their homes could become long-term.
Palestinian officials report that dozens of households have been impacted, warning that an increase in home requisitions and restrictions on essential services is contributing to further displacement in areas surrounding the Jenin refugee camp.
