VPPPA is excited to announce a new partnership with Catamount Consulting and the launch of Feel Good Fridays, a practical ergonomics and injury-prevention series for safety professionals and the workers they serve.
The series will be led by Dr. Alicia Turner, a physical therapist specializing in ergonomics and injury prevention.
Each Feel Good Friday series will make ergonomics practical through useful information, simple movements, and workplace strategies aimed at prevention. The goal is to stop problems before they start and help workers build safer habits before pain, fatigue, or injury develop.
Our first topic is Finding Your Footing: Balance at Work.
Over the next several weeks, we’ll explore:
• Total worker wellness
• Balance and slips, trips, and falls
• Knowing where you stand
• Balance considerations for an aging workforce
Follow along each Friday as we look at small, practical ways to support safer movement and stronger prevention at work.
