Most AI makes you faster. Convey takes the work off your plate. At @ConveyAI: → Train once by doing the task sharing screen → Handle edge cases improve over time → 900,000 hours of work already completed → Runs workflows thousands of times without supervision Less busywork. More output. The future belongs to the 100x operator. Feel free to DM if you’re interested to learn more.

I laughed when I read this... Early DoorDash was literally running deliveries through one guy named Steve. He was the system. Then I realized a disturbing number of companies still have their own Steve. Nobody’s ready for what happens next: 🧵

The most interesting problem for AI to solve is capturing the decisions that only experienced people know how to make. Many companies are less automated than they think because their most important logic still exists as a habit, not code. @conveyAI launched to solve exactly that. Convey says customers trained a first full-workflow teammate in about 3hours, with cases like 450 hours/week saved in ad ops and faster finance work. Convey empowers people by taking the tedious, repetitive work off their plate, not their place on the team. The shift it is selling is ownership rather than assistance, where the AI executes work on its own, pauses on edge cases, asks for input, and improves the next time. Most AI products aim at that problem by making the worker faster. Convey is betting that the bigger leap comes when software takes ownership of the workflow itself, surfaces edge cases, and improves through escalation instead of constant supervision. That sounds minor until you look at the mechanism. If operators can teach a system by doing the job, then process design no longer has to wait for engineering bandwidth, consultants, or a long IT queue. The company says this works across messy enterprise contexts, from accounting and deal updates to reporting and ad operations, and cites customers such as Samsara, ChargePoint, Unity, Faire, NBCUniversal, and TelevisaUnivision. The future belongs to the 100x operator.
In 2014, DoorDash ran on a guy named Steve. Every dasher shared their location with him on Find My Friends. Order comes in, Steve finds the closest one, texts them. It worked until it didn't. We sat next to him and turned that manual process into software. Steve went on to build and lead our support org. I've spent the last year watching the same pattern play out across every industry. Smart people manually holding critical workflows together because their systems haven't kept up. AI helps, but mostly as an assistant - it makes you faster, it doesn't take work off your plate. That's what we’re building at @conveyAI. Digital teammates that operators train themselves, that run autonomously, and that fully own a process end to end. Today we're out of stealth. Grateful to NBC Universal, Samsara, Faire, TelevisaUnivision, Unity and our other customers who bet on us early. The era of asking your best people to manually run critical business processes is over. The future belongs to the 100x operator.

Back in 2014, when DoorDash was just getting started, we had a guy named Steve. Steve manually assigned every single delivery. Checking drivers on Find My Friends, matching orders, all by hand. He was exceptional at his job. The system worked... until it couldn't. 🧵 Here's how that led to Convey: 🧵
