Ai for site selection is a bit a ways out, but automation is now. A tad different topic, but we built into our listing module a teams function. How does that change site selection and intelligence? So, an available space for lease’s previous Tenant that has grown out of the space or relocated for some reason, can actually contribute to the listing with VTR Teams functionality. Isn’t that wild! A previous Tenant being a valuable part of the marketing and intelligence needed to lease the space to its next occupant. Tenants trust Tenants ✌🏼
